A great company to deal with. Paige is great - helpful friendly service. Dan surveyed, again helpful and friendly, and then Dan and another Dan came and installed the two 8ft square replacement double glazed units. Both visits were punctual, what was supposed to happen happened when planned and as planned. No hitches or glitches. Perfect. It is so good to deal with people these days who do what they say they will when they say they’ll do it. Glideline are definitely to be recommended. Thank you all very much. Nick responded to me within a few hours, providing me with a tailored response and guidance to my query, and providing some information about the range of bi-fold products in the market and providing referrals to suppliers (each chosen because they were both local to my home post code and because they offered different bi-fold products). HU-3994310811063 days agoWe spoke with Nick Dardalis at the Grand Designs show at the NEC. Nick was hands down the best independent adviser I’ve ever spoken to…about anything. He gave us some excellent explanations on what to look out for in terms of performance and aesthetics of aluminium products, and who in the market uses similar or different systems. He followed up afterwards with some excellent emails with links to different brands that might suit our needs, and also suppliers in our local area. Subsequently, I have read a number of the articles on their website, and they provide a really good balanced perspective.Posted on Houzz
