Dan surveyed, again helpful and friendly, and then Dan and another Dan came and installed the two 8ft square replacement double glazed units. Both visits were punctual, what was supposed to happen happened when planned and as planned. No hitches or glitches. Perfect. We spoke with Nick Dardalis at the Grand Designs show at the NEC. Nick was hands down the best independent adviser I’ve ever spoken to…about anything. He gave us some excellent explanations on what to look out for in terms of performance and aesthetics of aluminium products, and who in the market uses similar or different systems. He followed up afterwards with some excellent emails with links to different brands that might suit our needs, and also suppliers in our local area. Subsequently, I have read a number of the articles on their website, and they provide a really good balanced perspective.
